Jeff has been involved in the building industry his entire life as his father’s career was in construction. Over his career, he has built hundreds of condominiums and custom homes. Building energy efficient & green-built homes has been a passion of his, and he has built more than a dozen LEED certified homes. Jeff was recognized by his peers by being a Grand Rapids Home Builder’s Association HAP Award winner, and Custom Builder of the Year. His strengths are in project management, working with sub-contractors and our clients. His strengths include finding solutions for difficult building site conditions, addressing set back limitations, and coordinating complex & time critical projects.
Tom learned the building trades following his father’s example. After getting a degree in Finance from MSU, he started a building business initially focused on additions and renovations. He has extensive experience in constructing Timber Frames and Structural Insulated Panel homes. He built his first SIP home in 1988, and began timber framing in 1999. Tom has been involved in the construction of about 4 dozen legacy Timber Frame homes throughout Michigan and the Midwest. Insulated Panel (SIP) homes. Tom has been involved in the construction of over 50 timber frame homes throughout Michigan and the Midwest, and consults Woodhouse.

Our process starts with a complementary site visit. We coordinate the design of your new home or addition with local architects or designers, to work within your budget. One of our goals is to be good communicators.
Once drawings are complete, Eaglecrest Homes Inc. works with local suppliers and subcontractors to estimate the cost.
